Brook Farm Lake
A two-acre purpose-built coarse lake with a central island, depths from approximately 4 to 14 feet and carp to 32 lb.

A match lake approximately 115 metres long and 16 metres wide, with 11 swims and mixed coarse stock.
Specimen 2 Lake
A 2.9-acre specimen lake with average depths of approximately 5 to 8 feet and carp to around 34 lb.
Bentley Lake
A mature 3.5-acre carp lake with seven purpose-built swims, two islands and more than 80 specimen carp.
The Reservoir
A second exclusive carp lake, limited to four anglers, stocked with hand-picked carp to just over 30 lb.

A premium 5.8-acre carp lake with gravel bars, average depths of approximately 5 to 8 feet and carp over 40 lb.
