A six-acre lake developed for carp and catfish angling. The lake has twenty pegs, a separate car park and an uphill approach that should be considered when bringing tackle.

The Centre and South settlement lagoons are treated together as a 57-acre water within Nazeing Meads. They form part of the larger lagoon complex and include open water and varied gravel-pit features.

The North Lagoon is a 68-acre wild gravel pit with open water, bays, channels, gravel, silt and weed. Depths range from a few feet to around 20 ft. It has produced carp over 50 lb and also contains tench, pike, bream and catfish.
