North Lagoon
The North Lagoon is a 68-acre wild gravel pit with open water, bays, channels, gravel, silt and weed. Depths range from a few feet to around 20 ft. It has produced carp over 50 lb and also contains tench, pike, bream and catfish.

Admirals Walk Lake
A 25-acre open gravel pit with depths from approximately 3 ft to 15 ft, natural banks, informal swims and dense summer weed beds. The lake contains carp to just over 40 lb and has a history of pike fishing.

North Met Pit
A 58-acre gravel pit divided into a 45-acre main lake and a wild 13-acre northern section. It contains islands, bays, channels, gravel bars, silt, reeds and specimen carp to around 50 lb.
Stock Pit
Stock Pit is an intimate gravel pit of approximately two acres. It contains a strong stock of carp together with tench, pike, roach and rudd. Access is by boardwalk and fishing is from constructed platform swims.
Banjo Lake
Banjo Lake is a long, narrow gravel pit of approximately three acres. Fishing is from one bank, with the far margin providing a prominent feature. The lake contains a substantial stock of carp along with tench, pike and silver fish.
Old Mill Broxbourne
Section F is based around the former Broxbourne Mill and Mill Meadow. It includes part of the River Lynch, the River Lee Navigation cut through Mill Meadow and the Mill Pool, which is a noted winter fishery.

Section D includes a deep navigation stretch from Rye House Bridge to Feildes Weir, the wide weir pool itself and a short part of the River Stort Navigation above the junction. It is noted for roach, bream, perch, tench, chub and winter pike fishing.

Hardmead to Stanstead Lock
Section C covers the navigation from the footbridge near Tumbling Bay Weir through Hardmead and towards the broad water above Stanstead Lock. Summer fishing can include carp, bream, chub, roach and perch, with pike targeted in winter.
