Waltons Walk is the west-bank section of the Lee Flood Relief Channel between David Stoker Sluice and Highbridge Street. It contains carp, barbel, chub, perch, bream and shoals of silver fish.

Stock Pit is an intimate gravel pit of approximately two acres. It contains a strong stock of carp together with tench, pike, roach and rudd. Access is by boardwalk and fishing is from constructed platform swims.
Banjo Lake is a long, narrow gravel pit of approximately three acres. Fishing is from one bank, with the far margin providing a prominent feature. The lake contains a substantial stock of carp along with tench, pike and silver fish.
A spring-fed lake with 26 swims, depths from approximately 3 to 14 feet, carp over 40 lb and pike to around 30 lb.
A two-acre purpose-built coarse lake with a central island, depths from approximately 4 to 14 feet and carp to 32 lb.
