Ash Ground Lake
A mature spring-fed lake with islands, gravel bars, an undulating bed, deeper channels and established marginal vegetation. It supports specimen carp fishing alongside mixed coarse species.
Hobbs Croft Lake
A mixed coarse-fishing lake suited to pleasure fishing, family sessions and club matches. It contains two islands, landscaped banks, purpose-built swims and a broad range of coarse species.
Centre and South Lagoons
The Centre and South settlement lagoons are treated together as a 57-acre water within Nazeing Meads. They form part of the larger lagoon complex and include open water and varied gravel-pit features.

North Lagoon
The North Lagoon is a 68-acre wild gravel pit with open water, bays, channels, gravel, silt and weed. Depths range from a few feet to around 20 ft. It has produced carp over 50 lb and also contains tench, pike, bream and catfish.
North Met Pit
A 58-acre gravel pit divided into a 45-acre main lake and a wild 13-acre northern section. It contains islands, bays, channels, gravel bars, silt, reeds and specimen carp to around 50 lb.
Stock Pit
Stock Pit is an intimate gravel pit of approximately two acres. It contains a strong stock of carp together with tench, pike, roach and rudd. Access is by boardwalk and fishing is from constructed platform swims.
